WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Two teens facing federal hate crime charges will be in court this afternoon.
Brandon Piekarsky and Derek Donchak have a bail hearing at federal court in Wilkes-Barre. ItŐs scheduled for 12:30.
They're charged with beating a Mexican immigrant to death. TheyŐre also accused of trying to cover up the crime.
Both teens were acquitted of the most serious charges in county court. | | |
