YATESVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The I-Team has obtained confidential documents detailing the termination agreement for the Pittston Area Superintendent.

Dr. Ross Scarantino pled guilty to taking thousands of dollars to steer contracts in the school district.
Under terms of his termination deal, Scarantino will be paid for 125 sick days and 30 vacation days.

He will not be paid for 322 other sick days. And, Scarantino will not receive paid life or health insurance premiums for the next ten years.

The agreement must be approved by the U. S. Attorney and the school board.
