WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The Commission on Economic Opportunity -- or C-E-O -- continued its tradition of providing Thanksgiving meals for the homebound.
Volunteers were very busy at the First Presbyterian Church in Wilkes-Barre preparing a meal with all the trimmings..
The meals were then packed up and delivered to more than three hundred people in the Wilkes-Barre area..
