WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Now showing in downtown Williamsport ...Movies

The city opened its new multi screen movie theatre Thursday night.

Nine screens all together.

The Cinema Centers complex was by invitation only Thursday night complete with a red carpet.

The owner, Marvin Troutman is very excited about Williamsport .
" Williamsport , this is a new challenge, most our theatres are in shopping centers. We never tackled a downtown we are excited about coming to Williamsport .

Troutman has several theatres throughout the area. He says they are planning lot of good times for the community of Williamsport .

On Friday the theatres will open to the public and will have matinee and evening shows.
