SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY
Police in Scranton have arrested a third suspect in connection with a home invasion in the city on September 15th.
District Attorney Andy Jarbola said that 17-year-old Marlor Clotter has been charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy to Committ Burglary and related charges. All stem from a home invasion at 1505 Mulberry Street in Scranton.
On Thursday, police arrested Clotter's brother, Enrique, and James "Skip" Hankins in connection with the same incident. All three are juveniles but because a shotgun was used during the incident, their cases have been sent directly to Criminal Court.
The District Attorney says that additional arrests are anticipated. | |
