CLARKS SUMMIT, LACKAWANNA COUNTY
Organizers of the annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice expect between 20 and 25,000 visitors during the long President's Day weekend.
The festival features ice carvings by the 'Ice Works Company' which are set up throughout the community's business district. Each of the carvings represents this year's 'Renaissance theme.' Many business outlets also host entertainment for customers during the festival.
This is the fifth year for the Festival of Ice in Clarks Summit. | | |
