WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Investigators say last month's fire at the Murray Realty building in Wilkes-Barre is arson. Police arrested 3 young men in connection with that fire.

Raul Tlatenchi -- an illegal immigrant from Mexico -- and high school student Jason Farrell both faces charges, including arson.

18-year-old Ryan Break is charged with criminal mischief and trespassing. Police say Tlatenchi lit a pile of clothes on floor with a match on October 21st. They say he and Farrell tried to put out the fire, but the smoke got too thick and they had to get out.

Tlatenchi is being held on $50,000 bail. The other 2 were released on their own recognizance.
