HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY-This is Tiffany Simmons, the focus of a police investigation into the death of her son, 3 month old Xavier. It all began over the weekend at a home in West Hazleton. She was there with her boyfriend and others, for a party. On Monday morning her son, was not breathing. She took him to the hospital,he died a day later.

"Andy question: What do you think happened, people at home say ,how could that be...Any idea? Tiffany Simmons, Xavier's Mother, "My first instinct he stopped breathing because he vomitted he inhaled vomit, until the hospital told me he had blood on his brain he could have been shooken I froze I can't think that anyone to harm him."

"Andy Question: There's all kind of stories going around, shaken..dropped? Was that baby physically abused by somene in that house or even you? Tiffany responds "I can tell you 100 million percent he was not abused by me,if there was a chance that someone else went on I was unaware of it I don't know I don't assume I don't thknk anything like that I'm so angered so hurt. I don't have my son anymore."

Simmons told Andy, she can't cry anymore and the lies, as she calls them, is making it worse.. "I'm hysterically upset I'm so cried out I'm a wreck I lost my son I love him I don't want people to think or point the finger people who know me know I wouldnt harm my son."

We will hear more form Tiffany Simmons Thursday on WBRE News. Including what she thinks about possibly being arrested. As for the investigation, an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Investigators hope it will provide some answers at this point no one has been charged in connect with Xavier's death.
