A township supervisor from Luzerne County admits to using taxpayer money for home-improvement projects.

Ricky Whitebread of Black Creek Township pleaded guilty today to using a township credit card to buy supplies for his house.

He paid for a patio renovation project -- and asphalt to pave his driveway. As part of a plea agreement -- Whitebread will resign from office.
