PITTSTON TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- P ittston Township supervisors say there's trouble with the Market Street train trestle.

The Market Street trestle was built decades ago. It has seen a lot of train traffic and wear and tear and its beginning to crumble. Pittston Township zoning officer Terry Best says he sent pictures and emails to Reading and Northern Railroad Company Friday morning. Best is fearing the worst-a derailment.

The township supervisors say if the railroad doesn't step in and correct the problems they may condemn the trestle. Eyewitness News calls to Reading and Northern railroad were not returned Friday.
