TOWANDA, BRADFORD COUNTY- A convicted murderer's request for an appeal has been denied.
Attorneys for Steven Colegrove will now file an appeal with the state Superior Court. They want a new trial or an acquittal because they say evidence was suppressed in the original trial.
They also say the trial should have been held outside of Bradford County.
Colegrove is serving a life sentence for killing his parents and his brother in 2007. | | |
