The family of Trooper Joshua Miller, who was killed in the line of duty is thanking everyone for their support.
Miller was killed in a gunfight as he tried to rescue a 9 year old boy. The boy was kidnapped at gunpoint by his father. The father led police on a high speed chase from Nazaareth in Northampton County to Coolbaugh Towsnhip in the Poconos. Miller's family released a letter today thanking the community.. They say, all of the support, even from perfect strangers, is helping them cope with their horrible loss.
And they were especially thankful for the show of support form so many along the funeral procession route from Yatesville in Luzerne County to the cemetery in Laceyville, Wyoming County. | |
