Two Armed Robberies in Luzerne County - Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 09:00AM EST

LUZERNE COUNTY- Police in two Luzerne County municipalities are investigating armed robberies that occurred Monday evening.
Police in Kingston Township are hoping to locate an armed robber who targeted a gas station. It was just after 9:00 P. M. when a masked man came into the Sunoco on Manor Drive.

Police say he had a knife and demanded cash from the clerks. He got away on foot and no one was hurt.

About two hours earlier in Hanover Township a masked man with a knife held up the Subway restaurant on the Sans Souci Parkway. He was seen leaving in a white SUV around 7:00 P. M.

Anyone with information on the hold up's is asked to call police.
