WEST MAHANOY TWP., SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- A Schuylkill County man is charged with stabbing his girlfriend overnight in West Mahanoy Township.
State police say John Blase of Shenandoah was arguing with the woman when he grabbed a screwdriver and stabbed her several times. She was treated for several small puncture wounds.
Blase is charged with aggravated assault and locked up on $10,000 straight cash bail.
VALLEY TWP., MONTOUR COUNTY- A Snyder County man is charged with an overnight stabbing that sent another man to the hospital.
It happened just before 2:00 Saturday morning in Valley Township outside the Days Inn along Route 54. State police say 25-year-old Raymond Vasquez of Selinsgrove stabbed another man after a fight.
32-year-old Josh Seidel of Danville suffered a stab wound to the stomach. Seidel was taken to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville for treatment. No word on his condition.
Vasquez is jailed in Montour County prison. | |
