ANTHONY TOWNSHIP, MONTOUR COUNTY-Firefighters from several different companies were called to the blaze at 137 Betz Road in Anthony Township, just after six Wednesday night.
The barn was fully involved when they arrived on the scene .In fact, part of the building collapsed on the fire crews....
One fire fighter was flown to the hospital by helicopter. Fire crews at the scene say a burning timber hit him. Another fire fighter was also injured he was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Crews from several area fire departments were at the scene. The State Police Fire Marshall was on scene the cause of the fire.
At first, fire crews had a difficult time getting water to the scene but then were able to pump it from a nearby creek.
