WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Williamsport police have arrested two men charged with leading a drug.
Officers say they made several controlled buys from Carl Parker, Jr. and Timothy Wier.
A search of Parker's home uncovered drugs, scales, packaging materials, and more than $30,000 in cash. | |
