PLAINS TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY-

Two college students won thousands of dollars Thursday night to help them launch their own business.

The Penn State Worthington students, Bryan Smith of Clarks Summit and Michael Wademan of Fleetville won twenty grand in cash and thousands of dollars worth of services.

They competed against five other student teams in a business plan competition.

The money will help grow their business called "Modeling International" it's an online agency, where models can upload their own photos and articles.

The great valley technology alliance sponsors the event every year to promote entrepreneurs.

Our own Consumer Reporter Jeff Chirico was the host of Thursday night's awards ceremony at the Woodlands .
