Two People Found Dead in Scranton Home - Monday, January 19, 2009 at 9:40PM EST

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Detectives in Scranton are looking for answers after two people were found dead in a home Monday afternoon.

The bodies of a man and a woman were found around 2:00 P. M. at a house along Madison Avenue. The coroner's office says carbon monoxide did not play a role in the deaths and there are no signs of trauma to the bodies. An autopsy will be performed Tuesday on each.

The couple was found in a bedroom of the home. Their names have not yet been released. Scranton Police Captain Carl Graziano says the deaths are being considered suspicious.
