SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Two Scranton men, 18-year-old Michael Putzulu and 25-year-old Kyle Koch, have been arrested on arson charges.

Police say the two men set fire to an abandoned house to the rear of 222 Prescott Avenue on December 30th, 2007.

If convicted they could face a maximum of 78 years in prison.
