Penn Twp, Lycoming County- Undercover officers with the Pennsylvania State Police took a woman into custody Tuesday night on charges of criminal conspiracy/criminal attemp robbery; theft; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and prescription narcotics. She is 27 year old Tamara Person of Muncy Valley. PSP set up a $7,800 drug buy with Tamara and discovered that her intent was to rob the "buyers" of the money. She was arraigned and is locked up in the Lycoming Co Prison. | | |
