BRODHEADSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY- People without jobs were a cut-above the rest Sunday in the Poconos.

It was the first day for free haircuts for anyone who could show an unemployment card. A Cut Above Haircutters in Brodheadsville is offering the free cuts the first Sunday of each month.
