LAUREL LAKE, SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY - It's not unusual to have your house built by a professional, but to build it yourself isn't something many people would take on.
A family from Laurel Lake isn't worried. They are taking a step back in time, getting back to a tradition rich in history and community. They are building a home from the ground up. The frame of the house went up in one day and the three-year project should take about 18 months to complete. | | |
