NEAR LAKE CAREY, WYOMING COUNTY- Charges are expected to be filed against a Wyoming County husband and wife. Their baby son died from alcohol poisoning.
6-month-old Mason Minor died nearly a year and a half ago. A coroner's inquest found he died from alcohol poisoning. His blood alcohol level was .205. If the child were an adult he would be more than two times the legal limit to drive a car.

Investigators say they tested and re-tested to make sure they had accurate results. They even ruled out breast milk.

No one has been arrested yet. But investigators expect to charge the parents with involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment.
