The new department store is giving merchandise and families across the Wyoming Valley a second chance. The store is located in the old Bi-Low building at Penn Plaza. Profits will benefit the many missions of the Volunteers of America. Programs include helping young pregnant women, the homeless and the elderly. Donations are always needed. The drop off dock is open from 9-5 or you can call 829-5100 to arrange for a free pick-up.
