HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- Police want to know who drove ATV's through an Earth Conservancy project in Hanover Township.

They damaged the still pond reclamation project off of Middle Road. Someone cut down the fence over the weekend. They also set hay on fire. That hay was to be used to cover grass re-seeding.

The ATV's tire tracks can still be seen in hills within the project. Neighbors aren't too happy. Alice Wolfe said, "It's not right. I mean things are bad enough now a days without all this going on I mean we've had enough of it."

The Earth Conservancy spent about $300,000 on the site before this weekend. The group says it will offer a reward for an arrest. Hanover and Nanticoke police are investigating.
