HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- One day after a federal judge rejected the guilty pleas of two Luzerne County judges, families who are at the center of the controversy are speaking out.

Eyewitness News talked with Susan Mishanski in Hanover Township. Her son Kevin was imprisoned by former judge Mark Ciavarella for 57 days.

Her reaction to the rejection of the guilty pleas was excitement. That's because under the plea deal Ciavarella and former judge Michael Conahan would have only gone to prison for 87 months.

ŅI don't think they're sorry for anything they did. I don't care what they say on TV or what apology they give, I think its all phony," she told Eyewitness News.

Mishanski says if the judges end up going to trial she will be there.
