Most of them have already moved in. Now local college kids are moving around town checking out the new scenery and all downtown Wilkes-Barre has to offer. From shopping at Boscov's, hitting up the Hardware Bar and Bourbon Street Saloon to dine in or take out at Thai Thai. Students say they are pleased with the options. The Barnes & Noble bookstore is a popular place too where students at Wilkes or King's hang out often. And the local businesses no doubt appreciate the students as well. Over at Gonda's Hoagies and Wings the deliveries are being made and college late night favorite foods are being prepared for the students.
