LUZERNE COUNTY -- A water main break turned a road into a river Tuesday morning. An 18Ó main along Saint Mary's Road in Hanover Township broke overnight.

It's near the elementary school. The water main break forced the Hanover Area School District to cancel classes for the day.

Pennsylvania American Water crews finished repairs just before 6:00 P. M. and turned the water back on to about 25 customers.

And water crews caused traffic problems in Forty Fort as well Tuesday.

The northbound lanes of Wyoming Avenue were down to one lane while crews made repairs.

It happened near Yeager Avenue and Fort Street.
