WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Water company repairs crews are putting in a full weekend of work in Wilkes-Barre.

Eyewitness News first told you about a Scott Street water main break that hit late Saturday afternoon. Pennsylvania American Water Company crews shut down the main night to make repairs. However, that increased pressure on 5 other city water mains causing them to burst.

Crews have repaired all but one of the mains. That means about two dozen customers are without water. Crews expect to finish the last job at Scott and Kidder streets early Sunday night.
