GOULDSBORO, WAYNE COUNTY- Authorities in Wayne County are investigating a case of arson, after someone set fire to a Gouldsboro family's trailer home while they were inside sleeping.

It happened at around 2:30 Monday morning at a home in Lone Elm Trailer Court.

The couple woke-up to the smell of smoke and got out of the home safely.

The flames were confined to the exterior walls but state police say the fire was intentionally set.
