HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY - A Honesdale man will spend between one and ten years behind bars for trying to lure two young boys into a barn.

Mark McElroy was sentenced Thursday in Wayne County court. Prosecutors say McElroy tried to lure two 12-year-old boys into a barn by placing notes and money on a rock in the woods.

The 31-year-old will also have to undergo a sex offender evaluation.
