HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY- Officials with the Wayne County Food Pantry say donations are down while requests for assistance are up!
Director Kathleen Terry says an additional 45 families have applied for Thanksgiving Food Baskets this year. The pantry will be providing holiday baskets to a total of 425 families on Thursday, November 20th.
The program operates 5 food pantries in Wayne County. It accepts both product and financial donations to meet its needs which include monthly food distributions to people in need.
