SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY --A Scranton wedding photographer, accused of ripping off dozens of couples, faced a judge today. Brian Davies had a few choice words for the I-Team reporter who exposed his bad business two weeks ago. Jeff Chirico is here with the story you'll only see on Eyewitness News.

Brian Davies admitted to me in an exclusive interview weeks ago that he didn't provide wedding albums to dozens of newlyweds. He says he's broke. After a hearing in Lackawanna County court today, I spoke to Davies for the first time since the stories aired.

Davies says “you. I do not want to talk to. You understand that? I do not want to say one more thing to you. And everyone else I apologize. I don't take this tone with everyone else that might be watching. I just take this tone with this character. Davies is angry about the reports I have done about him and my blog entries that claim his house is filthy. "Personally. It's nasty. It's a nasty thing to do. But there are 40 couples that don't have wedding albums. Isn't that nasty? Yep. That's nasty. That's the reason I'm here to correct it."

Actually the state attorney general's office is forcing him to. Deputy AG Brian Nixon says Davies is cooperating. He's turned over cds of photos to 30 couples. But that's not everything. Nixon says “What we asked the court today was to keep the injunction, modify it so that he would supply by close of business August 3, dvds for ten remaining couples."

Sara Edwards, one of Davies' customers, says "it's sad that he gets away with handing me a 50 cent DVD. I'm fully not happy but happy to have more wedding pictures." Rebecca Gaven of Scranton says “it's sad because I have twin boys and I can't show them anything. I have nothing to show them."

While most couples now have their images, it could take years before they see a refund for the albums that never developed. "I'm out of work. I don't have a job. They won't let me do business. It'll take a very long time."

The judge today unfroze Davies’ bank account. It has 126 dollars. He will use that he says to by more discs to download the photos.
