WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY-It was night of honors and recognition for the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce.
Our Candice Kelly served as emcee for the evening.
This year's annual dinner spotlighted the area's renewed "River of Dreams."
Jim Evans of Mountain Productions was the recipient of the small business of the year award.
And Jim Brozena was awarded the Distinguised Citizen. | | |
