WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Wilkes-Barre City Council held a forum and got an earful Wednesday night from downtown residents.

Council held a forum to address the concerns and there are many. They talked about downtown development, parking, the possibility of a strip mall at the former Planters building site and the need for an increased police presence in the downtown area.

Council will have meetings with residents of other neighborhoods to hear their concerns.
