WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Wilkes University spokeswoman confirms Wilkes-Barre police are investigating a sexual assault. that allegedly happened on campus inside a residence hall on Friday.
The university would not say which dorm. We contacted Wilkes-Barre police. They could not offer any details.
Flyers hanging on campus show the alleged victim knew her supposed attacker. It indicates a date rape drug may have been used. It's unclear if the suspect is known in this case.
