William Rohland of Old Forge will wait another day for a jury to decide his fate.

He’s guilty of shooting and killing two people in Avoca in August of 2006.

A Luzerne County jury found him guilty of first degree murder last Thursday.

Now the trial is in the penalty phase.

Now, the same jury is deciding whether he’ll spend the rest of his life in jail, or get the death penalty.

Penalty phase closing arguments will start Tuesday morning.

The jury will then deliberate before coming to a decision.
