WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY -- A fire investigation in Williamsport turns-out to be a case of arson.
Investigators say someone set the fire on the back porch of the double block home. Flames then spread throughout the house.
Officials say there's about $40,000 worth of damage -- but the owner does have insurance. | | |
