WILLIAMSPORT, LUZERNE COUNTY- Williamsport police get a break in a case and make an arrest in the suspicious death of a one-year old boy.
The arrest of Fabian Peterkin came late Monday night in Williamsport.
Police are charging him in connection with the death of one and a half year old Marquise Hanible.
The little boy was in Peterkin's care when he died back in April.
At the time Peterkin told police he left him in the tub unattended and found the little boy unresponsive.
An autopsy showed the little boy died from blunt force trauma to the body and had lacerations of his heart.
The coroner said the manner of death was homicide.
Peterkin was located in Philadelphia and charged with the murder of the baby boy in Williamsport.
