Williamsport, Lycoming County-

Police in Williamsport are investigating an early morning robbery in the city.

They say the Uni-Mart at 1037 High Street was robbed just before 5 AM Wednesday. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a black man; about 6 feet tall, with an average build. No word yet if any weapon was used during the heist.

Anyone with information should contact the Williamsport Bureau of Police.
