Williamsport faces another shooting - Monday, January 7, 2008 at 10:52PM EST

Gunfire rings out in Williamsport again Monday.
Rattling the nerves of residents already reeling from Friday night's shooting rampage in the city.
Police say 20 year old Walt Martin of Philadelphia, was involved in a shooting, here on the 600 block of Walnut Street in Williamsport.
"it appeared to be some type of drug transaction. I'm not 100 percent sure at this point," says Williamsport police department captain William Kuntz.
Police say Martin and another person were responsible for firing two shots, from a 9 millimeter handgun at this house.
No one has reported injuries.
Martin was arraigned on gun charges.
He's in jail on 50 thousand dollars bail.
Police another person could be arrested in connection with the shooting.
The gunshots rang out in broad daylight next to this playground and basketball courts but to some neighbors nearby, it comes as no surprise.
Neighbor Bill Hall says, “these people are on drugs. I mean it isn't like they even have an idea of what time it is, ever. 1 o'clock to them is the same to 3 am to them, because they're nuts."
This shooting comes on the heels of a shooting spree last Friday, that left 7 people shot, with one dead.
Police say Monday's shooting is not connected.
"We're handling them as they're coming in, but once again, this isn't related to anything that happened over the weekend as far as we can tell," says Captain Kuntz.
But now neighbors and police are dealing with this shooting and it's aftermath.
