PLYMOUTH, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Plymouth woman is facing charges after cops say she stole her neighbor's dog and sold it for $3.
The beagle was taken from his home on East Main Street in Plymouth. Cops say Patricia Dougherty took her neighbor's new beagle and sold the dog at a nearby flea market.

The dog's owner, John Barone, is trying to get the dog back. “It’s messed up. I'm sorry that she took it. She had no right to take my dog," he said.

Patricia Dougherty is facing charges of theft and burglary in connection with the "dog-napping."
