RUSH TWP., NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY -- A central Pennsylvania woman was charged being drunk during an accident, and her two young children were in the car.
State police say 30 year-old Jame Knepp from McClure lost control on Route 54 in Northumberland County. The car went down a 25-foot embankment.
A 9 year-old boy and 5 year-old girl were in the car. They both had minor injuries,
Knepp was charged with DUI. SheÕs also been charged with DUI following a traffic stop in near State College last fall. | | |
