WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A domestic dispute led to a stabbing in Wilkes-Barre. It happened Saturday morning around 5:30 in the 600-block of North Main Street.

Police say 28-year-old John Jez stabbed his girlfriend -- 25-year-old Jennifer Brody in the chest after an argument turned violent.

Jez is locked up in Luzerne County. Officers say Brody's injuries are not life threatening.
