LUZERNE COUNTY -- There's many people who just can't escape the cold. Eyewitness News talked to some workers who have to deal with the dip in the temperatures on a daily basis.
Department of Public Works crews in Wilkes-Barre tell us the key to combating the cold is to dress in layers and keep moving.
It's the same for those who deliver pizza to homes and businesses.
But workers at full-service car washes, like Orlowski's in Wilkes-Barre Township, are rotated in-and-out so they can keep warm. | | |
