The father of a Luzerne County murder victim has filed a "wrongful death" lawsuit against his son's two alleged killers.
Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes of Virginia Beach are accused of murdering 44-year old, Bryan Kochis of Dallas a year ago. He was stabbed and his home set on fire.
The alleged motive, Kochis was a competitor in the gay porn business.
On Monday, Kochis' father, Micheal Kochis, filed a suit, seeking damages in excess of $320,000 dollars. That dollar amount, represents the value of his son's home and its contents.
The lawsuit blames Caudra and Kerekes for the death and the financial loss. | | |
