The owner of a major home dealer will face more court action. David Valenti of Wyoming Homes waived his right this morning to a preliminary hearing. He's accused of taking 57 thousand dollars from a customer without providing the modular home. Valenti is also charged with check forgery and three felonies, total. Valenti remains free on 50 thousand dollars unsecured bail.
