Recipe Anna's Custard Pie (Thanksgiving)

Required Ingredients:

• 2 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Preparing/Cooking:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
• In a mixing bowl, blend together the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
• Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until set.
