Recipe Baked Eggs (Brunch)

Required Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparing/Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
