Recipe Chicken Bogg (Main Dish)

Required Ingredients:
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks
- 1 pound smoked beef sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 large onions, quartered
- 4 cups instant white rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparing/Cooking:
- Place the chicken, smoked sausage, pork sausage and onions into a large pot.
- Fill with enough water to cover them all by 3 inches.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 1 hour.
- Stir in the rice, and turn off heat.
- Let stand covered for 5 minutes to cook the rice.
